Livelyyou Hub is a directory and discovery platform that helps users find health experts (including personal trainers, health coaches, and preventive health clinics) and health clubs in Bangkok. We curate and display information about these providers to assist you in making informed choices.

We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The information on our Platform is for informational purposes only. You should consult qualified healthcare professionals for any medical or health-related decisions.

You agree to use our Platform lawfully and in accordance with these terms. You will not: misuse, abuse, or attempt to harm the Platform or its users; use automated means to scrape or collect data without our permission; impersonate others or provide false information; or use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

When you contact health experts or clubs listed on our Platform, you are responsible for providing accurate information and for your interactions with them.

All content on our Platform, including text, images, logos, design, and software, is owned by Livelyyou Hub or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.

Health experts and clubs may provide their own content (e.g., descriptions, images). They retain ownership of their content and grant us a license to display it on our Platform.

The information on our Platform about health services, experts, and clubs is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

We do not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for the quality, safety, or legality of any health expert or club listed on our Platform. You use the Platform and engage with listed providers at your own risk.

Health experts and clubs featured on our Platform are independent third parties. We do not employ them, control their practices, or guarantee their services. Any agreement, transaction, or relationship you form with a listed provider is solely between you and that provider. We are not a party to such arrangements.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Livelyyou Hub and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or from any interaction with listed providers.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim (or one hundred Thai Baht, whichever is greater).

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will post the updated terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.
